Content Management Systems Engineer at Tsunami XR

As a Content Management Systems Engineer, you’ll be architecting and building content management system on Cloud that is secured, high performance, searchable and has the ability to retrieve and store objects to complete the story. You'll be leveraging your deep knowledge of immersive experience to a global diverse user base, and to make it easy for content creators to do the same. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and serving high-quality content to viewers, and experience in shipping and supporting both end users and developers.

  • Assist in the configuration/build-out of Content Management Systems using Cloud
  • Provide policy for content delivery at highest level of performance, security and quality
  • Coordinate the necessary development and infrastructure operations resources to solve application performance, security, and stability issues
  • Research, define policy, and create tools to enhance network performance, reduce costs, and enhance security
  • Debug network performance problems (latency, packet loss, jitter) globally and regionally
  • Continually seek out automation opportunities and build tools
  • Interface and work effectively and proactively with all cross-functional groups including Engineering, QA, and Services teams
  • Analyze performance, and recommend strategies for improvement, and implement plans to improve the operation and efficiency of the overall system

 Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Cloud-related services for Content Delivery, Content Management Systems and Content Delivery Networks

  • Experience with different types of data stores and caching mechanisms (Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Redis)

  • Understanding of different storage area network topologies

  • Understand business drivers and core technology functionality in Content Management and Enterprise Information Technologies


  • M.S./B.S. in Computer Science or related field with more than 7 years of experience
